Overview

I was born in a totally dysfunctional family, and unfortunately was one of the survivors, with two other siblings of children 9 in total we were going to be.
Unfortunately for me, I had bad luck, that wonderful being that touched me as a mom, never gave me a kiss, a hug or a simple touch. On the contrary, all that gave me was hatred and contempt. Always made me feel that I was disgusting for her, I was being more despicable, and I did not deserve anything good and she blamed me for her unhappiness.

I received her punishment, scorn, humiliation, ugliest, and most depressing insults that can receive a daughter of her own mother. Really it caused me so much pain, and so much damage that many times felt tears of blood.
As a result of all this, as a child I was very shy, self-conscious, low self-esteem and just wanted to kill myself. And all this we add my ignorance, my irresponsibility, and my immaturity towards life. For just as a teenager I made one of the worst mistakes of my life. And it was hopelessly fall in love a man I saw as my lifeline, by the desire to get out of that hell that I lived with my mom.

Over time, I realized he was a man with many traumas and psychological problems; He abused of me such verbally as physically, and took refuge in the liquor and drugs to escape his life and responsibility. As a result I found a worse hell. With the aggravation, I brought my son into this world without looking at the consequences and unprepared to be a mother.
Unable to turn back, I had to take my responsibility as a mother and I decided to leave that hell penniless and completely alone. Ready to face all the obstacles, humiliation, hardship, hunger and all the problems that originated at having to return my son just a month old to the house of my family.
Where I had to endure all kinds of humiliation, hardship and hunger to survive with my son.

And thanks to hard work, persistence and above all perseverance, which were key to be able to offer my child a dignified life and full of love to never have to suffer as much as I had to suffer.

This is my story, with which I hope will be an inspiration to everyone to fight with all their might to attain a decent life.
