Dave Salch is a retiring high tech engineer and executive. Health challenges for his children drove him from a comfortable southern California lifestyle into rural Oregon and Little Sprouts Farm. A lifetime of diverse experiences has enabled the creation of an innovative farm model to create food for health at a profit.
