Overview

I had kicked around the idea of having Bariatric Surgery for over a decade. Lap Band, Gastric Bypass, and Gastric Sleeve; I had considered all of them but I just could not bring myself to go under the knife. I was functional and I was getting by and I did not want to waste my family’s time and money by doing something I should be able to do myself. I felt this way until that one day. After that day, how I had been living was going to end. The weight was coming off. I saw that it was not having the surgery that would harm my family, it was my obesity that would.

About the Author

So I decided to write a book. Actually I decided to write books a long time ago, it is just that this time, I actually did it. Oh my gosh I look on Amazon and there it is. A book with my name on it. It is about one of the most interesting and influential experiences in my life. Well, of course I wrote about it. I am not a writer but I wrote this. I will probably write more. I am a Physical Therapist and I spend all day teaching people how to have less pain and get back into the lives they want to live. I see myself writing about all the things that help my patients to have less back/shoulder/knee pain and how to get back to being car salesman, plumbers, teachers and electrical engineers. There is so many stories that have not been told but should be. I live in Michigan the most wonderful and interesting place in the world, I can't wait to to convince you of it.
