About the Author

Robert Fai was born and raised in the outskirts of the northwestern city of Bamenda in the Cameroons. Robert Fai grew up fascinated with literature, particularly novels ranging from African to western literature, with nothing more intriguing to him than the authors behind the stories he read. From an early point in his life growing up, the human social complexity surrounding him became a source of passion. Writing became a way of expressing the beautiful encounters he was experiencing daily.
Robert Fai considers himself a child of a multicultural world that has, in his view, tinted his endless imagination as a social scientist and writer. His experiences across multiple borders and living in various countries (The Cameroons, Nigeria, and the United States) as an unwilling migrant of a sort in search of tranquility has brought him face to face with endless social interactions. Some of these encounters have inspired him, daring him to live his childhood dream – becoming a storyteller, an African writer, and an author. Robert Fai is an international psychologist and behavior analyst and currently practices as a board-certified behavior analyst. He now lives in the outskirts of Washington DC, in the historic city of Culpeper, Virginia, in the United States of America.
