About the Author

Marilyn D. Harris, RN, MSN, CNAA-BC, FAAN, served as the Executive Director of Abington Memorial Hospital Home Care in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania for 22 years. The recipient of many state and national association awards, Ms. Harris has more than four decades of experience in home care She is author, or coauthor, of more that 150 article including chapters, manuals, and four previous editions of the Handbook of Home Health Care Administration. She has presented over 50 papers on home care issues at conferences including an invitational conference in The Netherlands.
