Overview

This live production of the British jazz composer Graham Collier's seven-part suite, HOARDED DREAMS, was recorded in 1983. It features the cream of '80s U.K. jazz talent, including the saxophonists Art Themen and John Surman, the trumpeters Henry Lowther and Kenny Wheeler, and the pianist Roger Dean, in a seamless combination of part-written, part-improvised big-band performance.
