About the Author

I graduated from the Minnesota University. I worked in retail for many years as an Assistant Buyer, Buyer, Store merchandise Manager and Store Operation Manager. Also, I was a real estate broker. Now, I am retired but got bored so I am publishing e-books. I chose recipes because my Mother had a very large file of recipes. My Mother and my Grandmother were wonderful cooks and bakers. They always had a table at dinner of wonderful dishes and desserts. Also, they canned everything, made wonderful jams and jellies. Their pickles were wonderful. I will be sharing more of their recipes in the future. The author name that I am using is my Mother's middle name and my Grandmother's maiden name. Also, I have enclosed recipes that I received from other family members and friends. I hope that you will enjoy making the recipes.
