Overview

There is really no secret to it, anybody has the capacity and ability to either release their own muscular tension or help release somebody else’s. The techniques explained within this book come from a variety of different fields and specializations, ranging from trigger point release through to yoga and some very old Chinese medicine techniques. Having explored a variety of modalities myself through the last 10 years or so, I have written this book to explain 4 of the best, quickest and most reliable techniques to bring about results.

The primary focus of this book is on the shoulder region. This book explains 4 techniques that can release shoulder tension in 60 seconds or less. They are:
1. Trigger point squeeze and release
2. The pummel
3. Shoulder movement re-orientation
4. Plum Blossom Technique
Bonus 5. The Ear Pull

This book also comes with a free 40min audio download of a gentle yoga class specifically designed for releasing the shoulders (the link is located at the end of the book).

Benefits from good shoulder health:
- Rarely any headaches
- Better posture
- Good range of movement in the arms, neck and upper back
- No pain or discomfort in the joints
- Easier to relax, easier to sleep

If you're interested in learning some quick, easy and fast techniques to release muscular tension then this is the book for you!
