"Wow, a great educational book for children, that teaches something but not in a overwhelming fashion, so it doesn't seem like work. A nice way to introduce your child to how other cultures live, through hearing stories from children who live there. It also suggests a variety of future career choices a child might find interesting, stepping past the same old doctor, lawyer, astronaut, etc... and into fields they may have never thought of, so opening their minds to more opportunities. I would have loved this book as a child and even found it entertaining as an adult. For a parent who wants to help their child appreciate that even though people may come from different cultures and have different life stories, we all have things that are the same, such as the dreams we aspire to. It's unifying while appreciating diversity."
