And a project very close to my heart, a book titled Surviving Tracy. Surviving Tracy is a book based on the actual events of Cyclone Tracy, the most devastating cyclone in Australia's history. The book will contain actual stories and pictures from survivors, and is due out December 2015 (41 years after that horrific Christmas Eve in Darwin). Her son Luke was born in Darwin in 1980. Although Patti now lives in Cairns, Queensland, she still considers Darwin her hometown.
