About the Author

Brenda Zalka has a unique background of being a Registered Nurse and Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the past 30/40 years. She has spent most of her career assisting others in understanding the mind body connection and being able to apply that information to living a healthy life, minimizing stress and its toll on the individual. She has primarily worked with adults and couples, but after hearing many of her clients state they wish they had known these skills as a child, she was inspired to create this series to do exactly that. Teach children how to navigate their own mental health so they can be stronger and healthier adults.
