About the Author

Steve is the author of the middle-grade novel Comet Jack. He is a parent, aikidoist, and groundless optimist. He studied Classical Civilizations and Creative Writing at Beloit College in Wisconsin, and attended Viable Paradise Writer's Workshop in 2008. He lives in the Chicago area where, among other things, he attempts to improve his basketball game. He notes with sadness and great pride that his son is improving much faster than him.
