Overview

Images of Revelation is an illuminated manuscript based on the book of Revelation. Each chapter
contains an original painting incorporating the imagery from each chapter of the book of Revelation.
The scripture for each chapter is laid out opposite each painting, allowing the reader to ponder and
explore the various images. The Bible translation is the Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB) with
original illustrations created by Phyllis Niemeyer Miller.

Phyllis Niemeyer Miller has her BFA in painting and drawing from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and
specializes in oil painting. She is also known for her pen and ink drawings, illustrations, and watercolors.
Phyllis lives in Central Ohio with her husband, graphic artist Kent Miller, her two children, and four cats.
