Meet Mary Matthews, a woman who was once very religious but has now lost her faith. When she was a little girl her father was heartlessly killed because he had been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Even though she had prayed to God to save him her prayers were ignored and her father died right in front of her, thus causing her to abandon everything that she had once believed in. Now she is a grown woman who discovers to her surprise that she is pregnant, only the father turns out to be somebody whom she would never suspect and that person's son is destined to bring about an age undreamed of. Only now, a crazed madman is trying to kill her before such a thing can happen while another fights to see that new day come, both of whom are soldiers of God. While the two of them are on the run they begin to fall in love as they live for the day when the King of Kings will walk the earth once again. From the author: This book is mainly an action/adventure story with a religious backdrop and a good deal of dark humor, but it also touches on certain things that are prevalent in society that the Bible speaks out against, things such as homosexuality, gluttony and tattoos. I wanted this book to be a reflection of society while at the same time telling an engaging story.

About the Author

Jeff Fuell was born in Dallas, TX and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. He first began to feel the desire to write when he was a teenager and started writing short stories. He is also an actor and member of the Screen Actors Guild/America Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) and has been busy throughout the years involved with numerous theatrical productions, commercials, print work and industrial films. Besides writing and drama, his interests also include music, fitness, and, of course, reading and collecting books. His books include The Perfect Woman, Across Time, Earth Angel, WAR - Horseman of the Apocalypse (Love Blooms Eternal), Beethoven's Immortal, The Goatman,Transference, TITAN: From Earth's Past A Hero Rises and IMMACULATE: The Second Coming Of The Christ. His writing spans genres such as science-fiction, time travel, adventure, romance, humor, theology, paranormal and young adult/coming of age. Two of his previously published works are the short story "Birds," published in The Armchair Aesthete Issue 7, and the poem "A Dark Place," published in the collection The Colors of Life.

.In addition to a good story there are so many levels to this book that will reach your core. I couldn't think much or wonder much. I was feeling too much. The reward is quite satisfactory. And if you haven't looked at yourself closely lately, you will after reading this book. I wonder if that's at least in part what the author intended.

This book has All The Above... It's a psychological action thriller with twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat. It's a battle between Good and Evil combining ancient and new concepts. The Good brought me to tears and the Dark terrified me. The deeper meanings throughout are astounding. The strong use of Americana cleverly placed me in the book. The detailed insight into the hidden parts of humanity- both psychological and sexual- was mind blowing. Absolutely brilliant.
