Overview

The interesting thing about a father-daughter bond, or the lack thereof, is that it can ultimately lead daddy's princess to lifelong love as an adult or years of heartache looking for love in all the wrong places. Carmen was "daddy's little girlfriend". Imani thought her relationship with her father was normal. Young Linda was practically her father's "mistress" and Stephanie's dad was an absent alcoholic. Can God really heal the deep-rooted pains of our past and our own self-inflicted wounds? The answer is "YES" and the journey of these women is proof of that.

Every child wants a hero until they grow up and learn that everyone needs a Savior.

About the Author

Stephanie, the Psalmist, is a worship enthusiast. She understands the power and effect that music has on people from all walks of life. A beautifully warm vocal tone coupled with a heart pointed toward God has bred not only a singer/songwriter but an atmosphere changer. She says, "One should note that worship music cannot be housed in one genre."

As a Pastor, Stephanie keeps it simple. She understands that position belongs to God and despite her extremely flawed life He has chosen her to carry this great mantel. 2nd Wind Ministries is the family that she leads in worshipping God and loving His people properly. She teaches that we should live in purpose on purpose.

A Publisher and Author, Stephanie first penned a short memoir called "Today, I'll Make Lemonade" and followed up with her sophomore book entitled, "In Search of a Savior: A Woman's Quest for Love". Stephanie believes that you live life to give life. Her book projects inspire others to face their giants for wholesome and healthy living. With that thought, she recently birthed LifeWaters Publications, a service that helps Christian authors pen with purpose and power.

And finally, there's the Miracle... Stephanie has survived not only six (6) brain surgeries but a childhood of molestation and rape along with an adult life of overcoming low self-esteem, depression, rejection, divorce and the struggles of single parenthood. She is not afraid to be honestly transparent with her life as she knows that God has delivered her from the pains and mistakes of her past. Stephanie believes that her journey was designed to lead her to becoming a Life Coach and Christian Counselor. With the tag name, "Steph The Miracle", Stephanie recently branded webinar ministry, "The Empower Hour" and counsel ministry, "Survivor's Recourse".

While this all may seem extensive, it is simply as she always says, "Those are my badges, but God calls me Stephanie. That's me."
