In The Trauma Of Abuse Book was written to encourage people from all walks of life that no matter what situation they are in, or where they come from you can still make it with faith, hope, and believing in yourself. Javvi was abused as a child from the time she was 4-16 years of age, and had no one to turn to.

Eventually she got out of the abuse. However, she married later in life and got herself and children in an abusive relationship. Tired of the abuse she started reading books on self-esteem, and how to break bad additions, such as attractive abusive relationships. As a healing process inwardly she writes poetry, music, and have started a servant ship of encouragement to others who are homeless single families, single families, the broken hearted,the incarcerated,those who are grieving, those in domestic violence situations(men&women) and childhood survivors of abuse. The servantship is done through sending encouraging cards with her poetry on them, e-cards, cards, letters, and encouraging phone calls.

The book was written to teach others how to stop the cycle of abuse, and how to go on with the life that they have, and learning to let go of past issues and bitterness.
