The end of this chapter is also the most sweet to date – not because it sets up any especially notable cliffhanger but because it leaves a nice big smile on your face. Jinady and Figaru finally come clean about their thoughts towards each other and share a pleasantly PG-embrace. This comes at the amused cheers of their unbeknownst audience of the barracks’ soldiers.

Mystery and intrigue can be found from this story, as well as the sensuality and sexuality of the characters in it. Jinady makes a perfect uke, meek, beautiful and undemanding while Figaru even though he cares for him is the strong, silent type bent on having him all to himself no matter what others might try to do to change that.
