Overview

Devotion is about intimacy, transparency, humility, and spiritual wisdom. Each day, we are met with an opportunity to be still, reflect, and plan forward based on biblical intel and life experiences. Our connection to God connects us to purpose. Infinite Grace was written to transform the lives of God's children. It sparks dialogue, promotes self-worth in Christ, challenges readers to reflect and write, and promotes prayer and meditation for a deeply personal relationship with God. Grace is free and it requires nothing in return.

The author writes in his own words "Infinite Grace is about paying it forward in love. This devotional was written to fellowship with God, find myself in and through him, and be rescued by faithfulness. I felt like the three Hebrew boys in a fiery furnace knowing God would show up because I refused to let anyone—including myself—say he wasn't capable of limitlessness. I pray this devotional inspires love, joy, and peace in your life in the ways God freely gives to each of us daily. I pray you learn the power of words and prayer and challenge yourself daily to grow closer to God."

About the Author

Xavier is a native of Mississippi. He was raised in Blackhawk but later relocated to Gulfport. Writing began for this author at the tender age of five after telling some fairy tales to his family. His mother had him write a few affirmations about 100 times to ensure he was aware of his destiny.

Early creative inspirations beyond his mom were all his aunts and uncles, Pastor Lewis Ragins, Langston Hughes, Oprah Winfrey, and Martin Luther King, Jr. His writing has shaped admission policies at colleges, assisted in the strengthening of writing skills for young men and women, and has been featured on the doors of classrooms at Bayou View Middle School.

He graduated from Gulfport High School and earned a Bachelor of political science at Tougaloo College. His career began in college, working for the Department of Justice until he received a call to service at his alma mater as an admission counselor. He was awarded a presidential citation for his work as an adviser, Director of Admission, community change agent in orchestrating a four-thousand-case water drive for Flint residents, and being a devoted Tougaloo College alumnus.

Xavier is a faithful man of God who has always believed in showing others how much they are loved and valued. Christ has been at the forefront of all his doing. His living has been shaped by “Being good is commendable but only when combined with doing good, is it useful for a purpose - filled life.”
