About the Author

I grew up in a rural environment. Not rough but rough enough to have interest in Martial Arts. I have been in this study since I was a young age of 10. Now at 54...I know some things. This book is not what I am about, but it is something that can be useful to some people and to others not so much. I am a doctor and I stand by that. I am allowed to have some interest. Less violent ones but I'll get there. My goal is to be a ring side coach in my free time. If you meet me, you will see that I am a nice stand-up kind of guy...I hope you enjoy this book.
