After presenting three papers that comparatively examine different alternation models in use in Germany, Quebec, and other areas of Canada, Schuetze (higher education, U. of British Columbia, Canada) and Sweet (education, Lakehead U., Canada) provide a series of case studies that look at Canadian alternation programs at high school, college, university, and workplace levels.
