This study extrapolates on Deuteronomy 28:13. "And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them..." The book ends with a plea to "Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem."

About the Author

Gary Roper, D. D. , has been involved in Christian ministry for over sixty years in one capacity or another. Coming to know Jesus as a teenager and making a profession of faith at the old Temple Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan, Roper was subsequently baptised by the legendary J. Frank Norris. He sat under the preaching of G. Beauchamp Vick who was known for bringing in the best fundamental preachers of the day for his congregation to hear.
After attending Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, Roper founded Capitol City Baptist Church in Lansing, Michigan, a growing and vital church to this day. The author also founded a work in Memphis, Tennessee, in addition to a Christian School. He has assisted in the founding of many other churches and has pastored in three states. His ministry, however, has been world-wide, as he has preached on every continent, save Antarctica! He recalls that perhaps the highlight of his preaching ministry was having the opportunity to stand in Spurgeon�s pulpit when he accepted an invitation to preach at the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London.
