The goal of this edited volume publication titled, "Issues of Program Design and Implementation" is to offer an extensive as well as sound presentation of the scientific approach to program implementation within the context of social, education, policy, and behavioral sciences. Thematically, the book, has been structured in such a manner that it follows logically from the overview, issues, historical, and theoretical building blocks of the program design, implementation through its evaluation stage. It further discusses best practices associated with quality program implementation. The book is divided into 12 thematic chapters. About the Author

Dr. Augustine Adu-Frimpong has published extensively in peer-reviewed international journals. Many of his published works have appeared in publications in China, India, Canada and in USA-based refereed journals. So far, he has published in the area of Health economics, Applied Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Monetary Theory and Finance, Agricultural Economics, Public Administration, Public Policy, Program Design & Evaluation, and Labor Economics. Dr. Adu-Frimpong has published the following books already; (1) Health economics manuscript with the Amazon book.com, which is titled: “Theory and Practice of Health economics.”, (2) “Marital Instability and Family Lifestyles in Ghana: its implications on development and labor market”, (3) “Life expectancy in Africa: Improving Public Health Policy” published by Lexington Books-USA-based publishing agency, (4) Principles and Practices of Healthcare Economics, (5) Theory and Practice of Program Design and Evaluation, and (6) Digital Economy and Globalization: A Very Sure Pathway to Africa’s Development. In conclusion, Dr. Adu-Frimpong served as a reviewer for several international peer-reviewed academic journals. In 2021, Dr. Adu-Frimpong was nominated as a biographical candidate to represent Public Administration Professionals from the State of Louisiana by Who’s Who in America-2021. As a result, Dr. Adu Frimpong received a “Wall Plaque Certificate of Inclusion” as a biographical Subject for The Marquis Who’s Who in America (2022-2023).
