About the Author

Tremeaker A. Gilbert was born in a small town called Greenwood, Mississippi. She’s a proud mother of 4 children, the oldest a paramedic fireman, physiology major, and twins in high school. Grandmother or Gigi to one baby girl. She’s a prior service Army National Guard, where she was an x-ray technician. She was educated from Health and Science academy, Fort San Houston, Texas.
She also maintains her license as a Practical Nurse for over 20 years. She’s now board certified natural health practitioner and certified mind-body medicine facilitator. Graduate of Trinity School of Natural healthcare. After seeking Trinity to do self-care, she decided to share other ways of healing past traumas. After attending some in-person training with Dr. Gordon who’s known for working with post-war communities to heal our nation’s veterans.
