Author Ella Jane Sandwell's lesbian based novel tells the story of Jace, her friends, and their lives in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. The story focuses on Jace, a woman who, after eight years of grueling service including three tours in Afghanistan and Iraq as a member of the United States Army based Military Police, is finally home for good. Jace, though having a rough go of adjusting to civilian life, has her best friend Al, a goal of becoming a law enforcement officer, and plenty of lesbian trysts to get her through a little anxiety and a lot of pent up physical cravings.
