"Jesus Is A Republican" is a picture book for both adults and children. For adults, it reinforces conservative political beliefs, and for children it instills conservative values with passages from the Bible accompanied by explanations, along with full-color illustrations.
Although "Jesus Is A Republican" has political undertones that chastise liberal Democrats for supporting immoral behavior and encouraging deviant lifestyles, it is not meant to be a political book. It is a guide for both adults and children to strengthen the message of Jesus Christ as Our Lord and Savior.
For too long the media elite have attempted to silence a majority of Americans who believe in God. The United States was founded as a Christian nation, yet laws exist that prevent Christians from openly expressing ourselves. From nativity displays during Christmas on public property to our children being able to pray in public school classrooms, it is time the majority rise up and take our country back.
"Jesus Is A Republican" is a picture book that plainly and objectively explains the conservative teachings and values of Jesus Christ on a variety of subjects, many of which affect today's political discourse. Progressives have an image to sell, which is tolerance and acceptance of behavior that is the antithesis of Christianity, whereas Republicans advocate the same conservative values as those of Jesus Christ, which is what this picture book conveys.
Contrary to the message from those who do not agree with the Bible, Jesus never would have tolerated a society in which abortion is allowed, where homosexuality is openly practiced and taught to our children, and where the authority of God is superseded by Man. "Jesus Is A Republican" provides New Testament examples of Jesus' acceptance of guns, why war is often necessary to achieve certain outcomes, the requirement of the death penalty, and how wealthy people are beneficial for a society to function. "Jesus Is A Republican" also dispels common myths, such as the fact that Jesus was not poor, who among us should have access to healthcare, and why the tax rates we currently endure in the United States are unnecessarily punitive.

About the Author
Katherine Black has only written two books, but because she has a gift of making her beliefs known and understood she would like to author more books in the future. Her idea for Jesus is a Republican was to have roughly forty topics, with at least forty illustrations, but picture books are unlike contemporary books in that most are short, to the point, and illustrated throughout. She agreed with her partners that several short picture books would have a greater impact on her readers than one lengthy picture book. This book was written with the assistance of Christian fundamentalists and members of the Tea Party political movement, who signed off on this book as being an accurate depiction of their belief of what values Jesus possessed. Ms. Black is currently writing relationship advice with her trademark humor. Her only website at present is http://JesusRepublican.com
Finn W. Contini is the concept holder for this book and for Katherine Black's first book. He became permanently disabled in 1993 when a drunk driver nearly killed him, but still retains his natural writing abilities and the gift of satire. However, he is relatively unknown in the literary world because he lacks name recognition in the field of humor. He should have all the name recognition he could ever hope for when a publisher agrees to publish his manuscript titled, "Microsoft Exposed: An Insider's Story of Lies, Secrets and Collusion Within Microsoft." He considers himself a social liberal and a fiscal conservative, but is tolerant enough of the opinions of others to work with them in shaping their ideas for publication. Mr. Contini approached Ms. Black about an idea for this book, and because he does not possess the qualifications necessary to write interpretations of the Bible, Ms. Black jumped at the chance to author the book, with the assistance of religious fundamentalists. Mr. Contini has written six books, five of which have been published, and is the concept holder for three other books.
