About the Author

Deborah Dang, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, is Director of Nursing Practice, Education, and Research at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She developed the hospital's strategic vision for EBP and built an infrastructure that has enabled the transformation to practice based on evidence.

Sandra L. Dearholt, MS, RN, NEA-BC, is Assistant Director of Nursing for the Neuroscience and Psychiatry Nursing departments at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She has extensive experience in development and delivery of EBP educational programs.
