About the Author

William J. Ferguson is the CEO and chairman of Ferguson Partners Ltd. and the co-CEO and cochairman of FPL Advisory Group. He is also the former managing director in the Chicago office of Russell Reynolds Associates, one of the leading international executive recruiting consultants. He is the author of Keepers of the Castle: Real Estate Executives on Leadership and Management. He lives in Chicago. Jeremy H. M. Newsum is director of Grosvenor Group Limited, chairman of the advisory board to the Land Economy Department at the University of Cambridge, and an advisory board member at Bridges Community Ventures. He is the former group chief executive of Grosvenor Group Limited and former president of the British Property Federation.
