About the Author

New to the writing scene, Ni’Ja Tamice has goals to becoming next in line to being a prominent, young, and expressive creator with her bold and straightforward writing and storytelling. Born and raised in Elizabeth and Newark, New Jersey, Ni’Ja is the third oldest of seven children. After graduating high school at the age of 17, Ni’Ja served in the USAF for 6.5 years, touring in three overseas assignments in the Middle East. During her time in the USAF, Ni’Ja studied at both the Community College of the Air Force and the University of Maryland Global Campus, majoring in Intelligence Studies and Technology, and Homeland Security. Following her stint in the military, Ni’Ja directed her focus to her community back in her home state. From focusing on serving her country to serving her community, Ni’Ja now holds the titles of being the Founder and President of the non-profit organization, ‘All Walks of Life Foundation,’ specializing in providing care and aid to unhoused populations in underprivileged areas. Unable to shake her calling to the Defense, Ni’Ja continued her education and has become one of the youngest women CEOs and Founders of a defense contracting firm, Magnolia Defense Group, based in the DMV area.
