About the Author

Genesis Celeste Johnson is a theater student at New World School of the Arts and is an aspiring attorney. Born in Augusta, Georgia, and raised in Central and South Florida to parents who are both educators in the public-school system, Genesis always had relentless ardor for literature and writing. Inspired by her surroundings, she writes through her own lens, which ultimately leads to poetry. Literature Therapy is Genesis’s first book, which has taught her that unexpected circumstances provide lessons of growth.
