About the Author

Janis Lamb is an Artist of sorts. She is an author and illustrator of children's books. Illustrator of coloring books, and pages. She is also a painter. Her grandfather is where she learned most of her art when she was younger, went away from it for a bit, and is self taught as she grew up.

She is a proud mother of four, five if you count the dog! She spends most her time tending to her house hold duties, and her creations. She is also a health and wellness guide, you can visit her through YouTube on Janis Lamb and The Bedroom Workouts, where she developed a workout using only two 10 pound weights and 1 stretch band, along with a nutrition guide. Treat your mind and body like its the most important thing in the world to achieve goodness within yourself, because it is important. You are important.
