About the Author

Amitava Mukherjee is a principal consultant for IBM Global Services, Calcutta, India. A member of the IEEE Communications Society, he receives his Ph.D. in computer science from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India. Somprakash Bandyopadhyay is an associate professor with the MIS Group and Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India. Debasish Saha is an associate professor of computer science with the MIS Group and Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. A senior member of the IEEE, he holds a Ph.D. in electronics and electrical communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kharagpur, India.
