I wrote a song about the angels, and how they minister unto us. While I was writing this song in Tim Hortons, a little girl about two years old looked at me with a smile, then looked up behind me with a big beam. She did this twice with the biggest expression of joy, looking higher up over my shoulder. I looked to see what was there. There was nothing. Then she turned back to her parents as though nothing had happened. I was assured that she had seen an angel assigned to me for this great end-time harvest.
Angels on Assignment
Angels on assignment they hear God's voice.
Armies of strength in bright array;
Warriors on a mission, they are marching our way. Task force of heaven.
Messengers of fire who hear God's voice; On service and assignment,
They fulfill God's Word.
Linked together with the saints of earth. Task force of heaven.
Ministering spirits enter earth from heaven;
Attending unto those who shall be heirs of salvation.
They shield and protect them. Guard their destiny.
They are loosed through prayer and kingdom keys.
The voice of the Lord is full of majesty;
With servants in attendance,
His face they see.
In wonderment of God's great end-time plan.
The in-gathering of souls is their command.
Prayers are made to the Father with thanksgiving;
Petition, Supplication, Intercession for the living;
Angel's bursting doors wide open.
Like lightning flashes, and thunder clashes,
They hit the mark with the saints of earth;
With the speed of light, they take their flight,
With the saints of earth and the prayers they birth.
A promise to deliver, made in destiny, they protect and shield;
They enforce decrees.
Ministering spirits, holy messengers of fire.
Equip the church with zeal and desire.
Prophet and priests with songs decree; Setting our paths in destiny.
