She also contributes to Fort Worth, Texas magazine and Texas Highways: The Official Travel Magazine of Texas and has written for the Fort Worth Business Press. Blok graduated with a degree in journalism from Texas Christian University and is also a graduate of the Culinary School of Fort Worth.
