About the Author

Sheridan H. Welch is a graduate of Christopher Newport University with a BA degree in Literature. Sheridan, her husband Rick, and her son Trey live on the York River in Virginia. Sheridan's hobbies include reading, horseback riding, and volunteering at The Pet Castle in Hayes, Virginia. She enjoys taking her son to local museums, zoos, parks and events. Sheridan originally wrote the The Lupus Tribe's Beginning as a project during college. In later years, she decided that with some minor alteration of the original, the story could be made into a children's book. She hopes to have the book illustrated and re-released at a later time.
