"Magellan the Magical: Or How Dreams Become Real by Krystal M. Harris is a touching story about a child (Kodi) experiencing situations that many children have faced or are currently facing at the present moment- bullies, loneliness, and divorce and opens the door for a deep, meaningful conversation between parent and child.Kodi suffered in silence for quite some time until he was gifted a magical toy. Magellan, the stuffed wolf, came alive in Kodi's dreams and helped grant his true heart's desires. The end of the story is NOT the end, or is it? The author poses that very question to the audience." - Kameron Brook, Author

Despite everything grown-ups have told you... Magic does exist!

And it is waiting for you to learn the secret and begin to wield its power to transform your dreams into a fantastical reality. Just like Kodi did.

Kodi is an only child who is struggling to find his place in the world. He is constantly bullied, he doesn't have any friends, and even though his parents love him... he often feels sad and alone. But all of that changes when he is mysteriously given a stuffed toy wolf named Magellan by a kindly old woman.

Kodi soon realizes that Magellan is no wolf at all... Magellan is actually an Enchanted Dreamweaver who has the secret recipe to unlocking true magic.

Together, Kodi and Magellan journey through mystic dreamlands and learn the lessons needed to make those same dreams real.

Magellan The Magical is a beautiful tale about the universal law of attraction. It teaches children that no matter how hard life gets... you always have the power to access the magic needed to make your dreams come true. It even reminds parents about the lessons that they may have forgotten. Although simple enough for children to understand, Magellan the Magical, maintains the authentic principles of the law of attraction. This book provides an eternal roadmap to teach children about the real-world implications of getting everything you dream of, even if the way the dream unfolds is through hard-learned lessons and experiences. In truth, it gives young ones the tools to become masters of their own destiny early in life in an unforgettable and visually stunning story that will resonate and stay with them for a lifetime.

About the Author

Krystal M. Harris was born in North San Juan, California. She grew up on a chicken farm on 18- acres of rural property, and vividly remembers plucking chickens with her small 6-year old hands, as well as searching for mountain lions on the vast acreage. She summered in the Philippines with her father and became enamored with the concept of a human thread that is unifying despite apparent differences... something that would aid her future career as a storyteller. Harris studied abroad in London, at The Actor's Studio to aid in her storytelling journey and to discover how actors interpret scripted material. She further honed these skills in Los Angeles working as a commissioned writer for Beacon Pictures and helping to develop features for their slate. She has been mentored by renowned coach, Anthony Gilardi with whom she wrote and produced the short film "Unvisible," highlighting the 22-suicides-a-day phenomenon in the Veteran community. Harris is an accomplished writer having penned, "The Wonder Girls," a television film for Teen Nick, and most recently has placed in several festivals with her pilot "The New Jim Crow: Majority Rules." Which won Best Pilot at the NYC Webfest, also garnering a nomination for Best First Time Female Director for the short project. This project has also been selected to screen at the Southwest Regional Film Festival.
