Robert H. (Bob) Voelker is a CPA, tax attorney, real estate attorney and multifamily developer with over 40 years’ experience. He has a background in complex urban mixed-use, high-rise residential, and affordable housing development projects, as well as real estate finance, including institutional debt equity and creative financing alternatives.
