Trisha Harp, M.S., C.P.C., is an entrepreneur, researcher, Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author of Measure Up: Mastering Your Career Search Like a Boss, and coach. She has spent the past two decades working with couples, teams, and individuals on mastering advanced communication techniques with the goal of strengthening their relationships both at home and at the office through her company, The Harp Family Institute.

After going through her own “why until you cry” experience, Trisha discovered her passion stems from the desire to help adults sort through their hang-ups so they will ultimately do a better job with their own children. (A desire which originated with helping friends deal with their struggles during her formative school years).

Over the years, Trisha’s extensive proprietary research has been effective in helping guide entrepreneurs, individuals seeking life and career changes and couples looking for new methods to improve their relationships. To date, Trisha has written five books and is in the process of writing three more. She has been featured in Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur.com, Forbes.com, Medium, Women 2.0, and the Wall Street Journal.

In her free time, Trisha enjoys playing tennis, art & photography, and SCUBA diving with her husband and kids on the island of Bonaire.
