Jack Gierlich a healthcare marketer began cannabis research upon introduction to the NY-Medical Marijuana Program in early 2016, since then Jack has worked on several abstracts involved in the Marijuana space and worked with Dr. Krishna to file adjunct therapy patents whilst also analyzing possible marijuana contraindications such as hormone fluctuations, CYP450 interactions, and more. Jack looks to further research possible applications for Marijuana, and more specifically some cannabinoids such as CBD, CBV, CBG in addressing neuropathic pain, and sleep disorders; while also assisting in the development of the NY-Cannabis space through market consulting.

Erica Glants, an active pre-med student began studying Marijuana under the guidance of Dr. Krishna utilizing a passion for bio & organic chemistry to quickly understand and theorize on mechanisms of actions related to Marijuana, since beginning work with Dr. Krishna, Erica has co-authored several papers including two adherence abstracts studying the rate of compliance in NY State’s MMJ program, as well as abstracts relating Marijuana usage to applied diagnosis such as Phantom Limb, Moya Moya, Cyclic Vomiting, and more. Erica Glants looks to begin Medical School within the next year, and further study cannabis and its applications in a broad spectrum of fields such as Pediatrics, Neurology, and Dermatology.

Danielle Glants is an MFA Student in Creative Writing who has contributed too and edited several papers and handbooks including the TBI Patient Handbook published in 2018, as well as papers in Cannabis and Pain Management.
