About the Author

Alice K. Morse, ninety-two, has been writing for many years. She has been published in a popular devotional magazine as well as other venues. She has served as a secretary in a middle school, a library, and most recently, for the academic dean at Eastern University. She currently lives independently in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, where she enjoys spending time with her three children, four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She enjoys painting, playing her mandolin, puzzles, scrabble club, exercise class, and walking. She is an awesome Christian role model for her family and friends. Jean Morse McIntire is a retired church music director, music teacher, and professor of music education. She has always enjoyed writing and has been published in Teaching Music magazine. She enjoys time with her family as well as playing the piano, hand bells, violin, and singing in the Wayne Oratorio Society. She volunteers in a prison ministry and substitutes in a preschool. She is happily married to David McIntire and they have two adult children who make her very proud, and four amazing grandsons. She lives in Havertown, Pennsylvania.
