Microsoft Word has become the industry-standard word processor for work and home, allowing people to write reports, university assignments, letters and a wide range of documentation for business and personal use. Microsoft Word Made Easy covers all versions of Word from 97 through to 2016 and the latest ones included with Office 2019 and Office 365. Ideal for anyone who is new to word processing, it also contains the essential ingredients for improving your skills and becoming an expert in anything from printing addresses onto envelopes or creating Christmas letters, to writing a 20,000-word dissertation with contents page and index. Its author, Rob Hawkins, has spent over 15 years delivering a variety of training courses in computer programs including Microsoft Word and writing various step-by-step guides for a range of computer magazines. Consequently, the research for this book has been taken from thousands of course attendees and their requirements for using Word, along with the feedback from magazine sales and readers who want to use Word for a variety of reasons. If you want to know the quickest methods for typing text and all the shortcuts, what’s involved in a mail merge, how to produce professional-looking reports, posters and leaflets, Microsoft Word Made Easy has the information to help. It’s packed with advice and illustrations with step-by-step practice guides. We’re confident this book will save you time.
