About the Author

Michael Ellis was raised in Southern California and Central Pennsylvania. After graduating from high school, he joined the U.S. Navy. His assignments included cruisers, submarines, and shore tours in Europe, Central America, and the Western Pacific. After retiring from the navy, Michael worked as a systems analyst and information-technology specialist in the casino industry. During 2005, he retired from the corporate world and pursued his decades-long desire to write Cold War espionage novels.
