About the Author
Domyo Sater Burk has been practicing mindfulness with a Zen Buddhist approach since 1996. A teacher and a director of Bright Way Zen in Portland, Oregon, she is an ordained Zen monk who received transmission from Gyokuko Carlson Roshi. Domyo is a member of the Soto Zen Buddhist Association and its administrative director. She is also the author of Idiot's Guides: Zen Living.
