About the Author

Diondraya Taylor is a graduate of UCLA with a B.S. in psychobiology & minor in entrepreneurship and pursuing her PhD in education. She has interviewed, worked with, and learned from over 100 entrepreneurs! She has also been a mentor for young women like herself and younger through service to the Women Founders Foundation, Girl Scouts and many more!

As she fell in love with the startup space, she recognized entrepreneurship as an amazing tool to encourage innovation, goal setting, and boldness in girls at a time where gender inequity is still a reality. By leveraging the unique skill sets of entrepreneurship and her passion for closing societal gender gaps, she wrote this workbook to equip girls with the skills and experiences they’ll need to succeed!
