Modern Tairy Fales Collection 1
This book is a collection of 12 of my Tairy Fales, but it also includes the unflipped or regular version of each story. The tairy fales will also be published separately. I originally published these only in the flipped style, without visual clues to show where the flips occur. But I have a dyslexic brother, and a friend of mine is also dyslexic. She reviewed my books, but found it overwhelming to try to figure out where the flips were, and asked me to include an unflipped version, which also acts as an answer key for anyone who gets stuck reading the tairy fale version. After discussing the flips with my children, I decided to add visual cues, since my tairy fales tend to go off the rails. And so I use bolded letters and underlines to show where the flips occur.
The stories included in this Collection are:
The Spandsome High (The Handsome Spy)
The Kotorcycle Mop (The Motorcycle Cop)
A Tissmas Crale (A Christmas Tale)
The Stool Krepmother (The Cruel Stepmother)
Mappily Harried (Happily Married)
The Emperor's Sue Newt (The Emperor's New Suit)
The Return of Mockter Daybee (The Return of Doctor Maybe)
Loldy Gox and the Bee Thrares (Goldy Locks and the Three Bears)
Mubborn as a Stool (Stubborn as a Mule)
Lake Her Maff (Make Her Laugh)
The Wisherman's Fife (The Fisherman's Wife)
The Hadgic Mandmill (The Magic Handmill)
Many thanks to the friends and family who helped me improve these stories to make them accessible to everyone. I feel these stories improve cognitive development for everyone - and they're fun! I hope they sell like cothakes! (hotcakes, that is.)
As a final note, any of my stories or novels are written from a Christian perspective, and are suitable for any age level.

About the Author

I am a homemaker who homeschooled 4 kids. Now that I have semi-retired (Moms never really retire) I am writing. I finished the Regency romantic comedy "Bella", which I started writing at 21 years of age and finished the rough draft before diapers smothered it. I have also started writing Tairy Fales, which are like fairy tales only you litch the sweaters (switch the letters). And I have a Sci-fi series in development. Now that we have moved to South Carolina from Hawaii I hope to have more time for writing, and also working on my music.
While writing my tairy fales, I talked to a friend who is dyslexic, and she said she would love it if I included a straight version along with the flipped one. As a result I feel these stories are greatly improved, as I started bolding letters in the flipped version as a visual guide to where the flips occur (most of my tairy fales go off the rails from the fairy tale version, and many are stories I made up entirely, such as The Return of Mockter Daybee. This makes it hard to judge where the flips are without any visual clue.) But thanks to my friend I now think these stories are accessible to everyone, as the regular version also serves as an answer key. And all my books are written from a Christian perspective, and can be read by any age level. God bless!
