Roland Dickey has been a part of his family's business for forty years, helping to oversee the opening of several locations countrywide. He has been a lover of barbecue all of his life.

Polly Powers Stramm is a columnist for the Savannah Morning News, an award-winning writer, and a longtime Savannah resident. She is the author of several books on Savannah culture and cuisine, and her work has appeared in USA Today, Time, Newsweek, and People.

Robert M. Peacock, a well-known Dallas photographer, is recognized for being able to capture the beauty and appeal of food for top cookbooks and magazines.
