My Big Day at the Zoo

"Our class in school chose to go to the local Zoo for our class Graduation Party. We got to see many wild animals there. There were all kinds of birds, prairie mammals, and African Safari animals. We got to see some Marine life afterward on the back side of the Zoo. I got to ride a small Horse called a Pony. It was a lot of walking around but I think it was worth it just to see the scared Monkeys running up into a tree and fighting over a head of lettuce. Maybe my Guardian can take me there next year." said Miss Candice.

This Author, Ms. Jennifer Lee Powers, is a local favorite from the Northwest region of the US Territory. She loves to write books for Children and also to read books to them at the Park. She wants to eventually have a big house and a large yard where she can have friends over and all of them be able to read her books in the summer outdoors on the lawn. She is an outdoors enthusiast and likes to be outdoors in the sun and read easy books in the summertime especially on a peaceful mountain trail with a good view of the land and possibly a lake nearby. Right now, she will just keep writing and dreaming big about a good life and books.
