He also worked at her firm, and as their love grew, so did their relationship, and they planned to be married. Suddenly, Bill met with foul play and died. He never learned who or why he was killed and had to go and discover the reasons for his death as a ghost. However, along the way, he met some who helped him, while others intended to harm him, along with his lover, Annette. In the end, he saves her and moves into the great beyond. Even at the end, he was surprised by the real reason why he was returned and moved into the light.

About the Author

Thomas Mayer, I was an educator for 26 years with The Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District 35 and The Nogales Unified School District. I was a first- and second-grade teacher who specialized in reading and teaching mathematics. Being retired, I wanted to put my education to use better, so I became a fiction writer. I am also a Mosaic Artist and a large-format photographer. I specialize in large and medium-format cameras, 4x5 and 8x10 formats. I still use film, but I own a modern digital view camera.
My education: I Have a Master’s Degree from Northern Arizona University in Education Administration, A Bachelor of Arts Degree from Prescott College in Elementary Education, and an Associate Degree in Social Work from Pima Community College. I received my Reading Specialist Endorsement and English as a Second Language Endorsement from the State of Arizona.
As a writer, I wanted to give my readers new and fresh creative stories. That is what inspired me to write, to give the reader something to look forward to reading. My other interests are restoring old radios and transmitters. The only problem is that every time I get a new one, I have to decide where to put it.
