My book is about the discovery and exploration of the energies and entities around us and how they affect us on a daily basis. I have seen and felt things my whole life and I can finally understand why they are here. As the world population increase, so do the number of ghosts and spirits around us. As energetic beings, it becomes necessary for us to look at the reasons we have pain, sadness, depression or thoughts of suicide. It may not be our authentic voice at all, but just the energies around us.
Before heading to the doctor's office for medication, let's discuss the origin of the pain and find out where it is coming from. Let us see where the voice of sadness and depression is located and if the conversation is part of our own authentic voice. By separating these energies from us we are then able to see ourselves clearly and rediscover our own true energy and joy of life.
