Nappy the Lion lives in the zoo. The children gave him his name because he loves to take naps. Nappy is happy at the zoo but he is missing his family who live back in Africa. On his birthday he makes a big wish that he could bring his family to live with him at the zoo. Nappy the Lion is a children's short story about family love.

About the Author

The inspiration for writing a children's book came from many visits to the local zoo gift shop with my Godson. There was never a book about lions so I told him I would make him one. That is how "Nappy the Lion" was born.
