Overview

During the hopeless and trying times of his 7-year-old son Nari's illness, Munei, an old widower goes on a long journey to the edge of the village to find help. An outcast gives him means to enter an unfamiliar world in a different time and age. After a long search, Munei finally finds help for his boy but he is burdened with a tough decision to make in order to keep his boy alive.

About the Author

Faith Kabanda is a Zimbabwean data professional with experience in data mining, wrangling and analysis. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Actuarial Science from UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur campus. She currently works as an Associate Data Analyst and is enrolled in Masters of Science In Mathematical Modelling. Faith is driven to use Mathematical Modelling, Data Analysis and Data Science techniques to create data driven solutions in the healthcare system.

Faith is also a published author of 6 novels and 1 poetry book. Her work can be found in platforms such as Google Play Books, Apple Books, Barnes and Noble and Vivlio. 

As a young African who is passionate about her roots and values African talent, Faith founded the Ibwe Magazine project to allow other Zimbabweans from all parts of the world to be able to showcase their work, be it poetry, drawing and so much more. Faith has also written articles that have been published on platforms such as Youth Focus Zimbabwe.
